Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual user and Tony99 in relation to the website, account services, online casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and payment functions made available through Tony99. References to the platform include all compatible mobile and desktop versions.

Tony99 serves adult users, including Malaysian players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam. Access does not imply that online gambling is lawful in every jurisdiction. Each user is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply where they are physically located. Tony99 does not provide legal advice or guarantee that access is permitted in a particular location.

Definitions

Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and are not prohibited from gambling by law, court order, employment obligation or self-exclusion arrangement. Tony99 may request proof of age at any time. An Account may be restricted until satisfactory verification is completed.

Only one Account is permitted per person, household, payment source, device or shared network unless Tony99 gives prior written approval. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be suspended, and associated bonuses or winnings may be withheld where abuse is reasonably established.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers and persons with access to confidential platform information may not participate where doing so creates a conflict of interest. You must not open or operate an Account on behalf of another person.

Registration, Verification and Account Security

Registration information must be complete, current and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and any requested payment information. Nicknames or incomplete identities may delay verification and withdrawals.

Tony99 may conduct KYC, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks. You may be asked for a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport, a recent bank statement or utility bill, a selfie holding identification, and evidence that you own the selected payment method. Further source-of-funds information may be requested where transaction patterns or values justify additional review.

You must keep login details confidential, use a strong password and prevent unauthorised device access. Activity completed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless Tony99 was notified promptly of suspected compromise. You must immediately report unexpected login activity or changes to your Account.

Terms of Use and Prohibited Conduct

Tony99 may be used only for personal entertainment. Commercial use, account resale, payment processing for third parties and coordinated betting intended to manipulate a market are prohibited.

You must not:

• use false, stolen or altered documents, payment instruments or identity information;
• collude with other users or exploit software errors, delayed data, pricing faults or game malfunctions;
• use bots, scraping tools, automated wagering systems or unauthorised software;
• launder funds, obscure transaction ownership or deposit without a genuine intention to play;
• harass support staff, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with platform security;
• circumvent geographic, age, self-exclusion, deposit or loss-limit controls.

Suspected prohibited conduct may result in investigation, bet cancellation, balance restriction, Account closure and disclosure to relevant payment, compliance or lawful authorities where required.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Tony99 may support deposits in MYR through channels such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow and FPX, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Bitcoin, USDT and ETH may also be available. Method availability, minimum deposits, maximum deposits, charges and processing times are shown during the relevant transaction and may change.

Payments must come from an account or wallet held in your own name. Tony99 may reject third-party transfers and request evidence of ownership. Crypto transfers are normally irreversible, and you are responsible for selecting the correct blockchain network and wallet address. Any exchange-rate display is indicative until the transaction receives the required confirmations.

Tony99 does not extend credit. You must not deposit borrowed money or funds required for rent, food, education, bills or family commitments. Transaction limits may be applied for security, responsible gambling or compliance purposes.

Withdrawals and Account Balances

Withdrawal requests are subject to available Real Funds, completion of verification, applicable wagering conditions and security review. Where practical, Tony99 may return funds through the original deposit method. Alternative methods may require additional proof of ownership.

Published processing estimates are not guarantees. Banks, eWallet providers, blockchain congestion, public holidays, incomplete KYC submissions and enhanced compliance checks may affect timing. Tony99 may request further information before releasing a transaction.

A balance displayed due to an obvious technical, pricing or settlement error does not create an entitlement to payment. Tony99 may correct the error and restore the Account to the position that would have applied if the error had not occurred.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

Sports markets

A sports wager is accepted only when confirmed by Tony99. Displayed selections may cover EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events. The confirmed odds, stake, market and selection shown in the bet record control settlement. Rules for postponements, abandoned events, dead heats, participant withdrawals and market-specific outcomes apply as displayed.

Tony99 may refuse or limit a wager before acceptance. Where an event is incorrectly priced, an obvious error may be corrected or the affected bet declared void. Cash-out availability is discretionary, may change in real time and is not guaranteed for every market.

Casino games

Casino rounds are governed by the rules and certified outcome systems applicable to each game. If communication is interrupted, a completed round recorded by the game server remains valid. If no valid outcome was generated, the affected stake may be returned. Return-to-player percentages describe long-term statistical performance and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Bonuses, Rewards and Promotions

Each Tony99 promotion may have specific conditions covering eligibility, minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum stake, withdrawal limit and expiry. These conditions form part of this agreement. You should review them before accepting or using Bonus Funds.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one eligible user per household, device, payment method and network. Opposing wagers, low-risk wagering patterns, coordinated play and other activity designed primarily to extract Bonus Funds may be treated as bonus abuse.

Tony99 may withdraw a promotion, refuse participation or remove related Bonus Funds where eligibility requirements are not met. Real Funds will not be removed solely because a promotional offer ends, except where they result from fraud, prohibited conduct or a clear settlement error.

Responsible Gambling

Tony99 is an adults-only entertainment platform for people aged 21 and above. Gambling outcomes involve risk, and no strategy guarantees profit. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate, setting an affordable budget and monitoring the time and money spent.

Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, account restrictions and self-exclusion may be available. A request to self-exclude must not be bypassed by creating another Account. Tony99 may proactively restrict access where behaviour indicates potential harm or where continued play is inconsistent with responsible gambling standards.

Account Suspension, Closure and Dormancy

You may request Account closure through customer support, subject to settlement of pending transactions and any active self-exclusion requirements. Tony99 may suspend or close an Account where verification remains incomplete, these Terms are breached, fraud is suspected, a legal obligation applies or platform security could be affected.

During an investigation, withdrawals and gameplay may be temporarily restricted. Tony99 will review available records and may request supporting information. Where funds are not linked to fraud or another lawful basis for withholding, verified withdrawable balances will be handled according to the available payment process.

Accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Where any maintenance treatment applies, appropriate notice and information will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.

Availability, Intellectual Property and Liability

Tony99 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network failure, device incompatibility, provider outages, cyber incidents or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. You are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and compatible equipment.

The Tony99 name, logo, interface, written material, graphics and platform arrangement are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tony99 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss caused by lawful Account restrictions, fluctuations in cryptocurrency value, user error or failure to protect credentials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Tony99 may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, payment changes, product updates, security needs or responsible gambling standards. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Account interface.

Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using Tony99 and request Account closure after withdrawing any eligible Real Funds.

Questions concerning these Terms or a transaction should first be raised with Tony99 customer support. Please provide your username, the relevant date, transaction or bet reference, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include your password or full security credentials.
